A continuation below is the detail of the theory and lab of the course. Beginning with a 16 MM and Super 16MM or 35MM Motion Picture camera, film magazine loading, and ARRI 35MM Advanced & High speed, ARRI A & M. I. Theory: 1 Hour - Discussion on the responsibilities of a film loader - The tools of the trade - Understanding camera reports, lab reports, film inventory reports, and other Paperwork. - On set protocol and chain of commands in Camera Dept. - Brief history of 16MM and Super 16MM or 35 MM cameras - Example of Video footage shoot by professional of the industry in 16MM and Super 16MM 35MM II. Lab Part: 2 1/2 Hours - Proper handling of film stock with the 35MM Camera - Understanding film stock labels - Threading Magazine - Examples of what to do when you have a film jam. Also tech work to the clear magazine. III. Class Closer: - Q & A: 1/2 Hour
